Located towards the top of the E-facing spine of a W-E spur. This is a raised, circular and grass-covered area (diam. 40.5m N-S; 36m E-W) that slopes down slightly to the S (H 1m). It is defined by an earthen bank (Wth of base 5.7-7m; int. H 0.4-0.7m; ext. H 1.3-1.5m) and hedge that is reduced to a scarp SW-WNW. There is no visible fosse and the entrance (Wth of base 2.9m) is at E.
