The following description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Meath' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1987). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload/revision: 10 July 2007 Rectangular field system defined by grass-grown stone walls and originally covering c. 65 acres (CUCAP, AHN 51, AJZ 83), now reduced to c. 25 acres. Fields vary in size from less than 1 acre up to c. 2 acres. Overlying large enclosure (ME009-047----).
