Located on a SE-facing slope. This feature is not depicted on any OS 6-inch map but is visible on aerial photographs (GSIAP: N 261, 262) and on later series. This is a subcircular grass and rush-covered area (dims 31m E-W; 27m N-S) defined by a scarp (max. H 1m), and traces of an outer fosse (Wth of base 3m; ext. D 0.2m) at W. There is a ramp entrance (Wth of base 4m) at N. The monument is circumscribed by a field bank NE-SE.
