In the landscaped garden of Dowth House this mound, c. 20m in diam., contains a corbel-roofed, multi-celled chamber; probably a passage-tomb. A spiral has been noted on one of the stones. (O'Kelly 1978, 54-5)Description Source: Department of Housing, Local Government & Heritage
