Situated in a hollow in a gently undulating landscape with a small NNW-SSE canalised stream c. 20m to the W and higher ground all around. This is a D-shaped grass-covered mound (dims of base 10.5m E-W; 9.5m N-S; H 0.4-0.5m) with a small indentation (dims c. 2m x c. 2m) on the W side. A small mound (diam. 4m; H 0.2m), probably a detached fragment, is 2m to the N.
