Two stones bearing megalithic art were found during construction of a house. A low mound beside the find-spot may represent the remains of a passage-tomb. (Shee 1981, 225) This is a National Monument in state guardianship, No. 546 The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Meath' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1987).
