Item image
Situated at the crest of a lower shelf on the W side of Tara in an area cut by many E-W paths. Described (Newman 1977, 120) as a circular mound (diam. c. 6m), it has no visible profile and has never been geophysically surveyed. The evidence is too uncertain at the moment for this to be regarded as a monument. Location: (691703, 759865) Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 2 November 2021
