The following description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Meath' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1987). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload/revision: 10 July 2007 Francis Johnson's plans for Corbalton Hall dated 1803 (Irish Architectural Archive; Murray Collection, Pl. 27) record an older building on site; two storeys, seven-bay front with large projecting stairwell at rear. Possibly seventeenth century. Altered by Johnson. Destroyed c. 1970.
