Loughcrew cemetery, Cairn A3. Conwell noted the former presence of a cairn on this location, some 20m in diam.; its fragmentary remains were then grass-covered. Little trace survives. Listed as passage-tomb. (Herity 1974, 234). (Conwell 1873, 48) The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Meath' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1987).
