Located on a terrace on the S bank of a W-E section of the River Blackwater and at the N foot of the Hill of Lloyd ridge. Archaeological testing (01E1045ext.) in advance of industrial development revealed no archaeological features. Similar results were obtained c. 200m to the NE (ME016-056----).
